Our Rebuilding Process is Thorough
Our mechanics follow a thorough, proven process to ensure that every remanufactured engine we sell is in excellent condition and will run like new. Here’s how it’s done:
- The engine is stripped down to the bare block
- The block and other usable parts are boiled to remove any dirt or other impurities
- The pieces are then thoroughly inspected to make sure there are no irregularities
- The cylinder block is resurfaced
- The bore block is lined
- All boltholes are tapped and repaired as necessary
- The engine’s fuel system and pump are rebuilt using new seals, gaskets, fuel lines, etc.
