1. Processing Time

  • We strive to ship orders the same day if placed by 2:00 pm EST

  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Processing includes order verification, packaging, and scheduling pickup by the carrier.

2. Shipping Regions & Methods

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
    We ship to addresses within the United States via standard or expedited carrier services with UPS & various Freight carriers.

  • International / Worldwide Shipping
    Worldwide shipping is available. Customers outside the U.S. should contact us to arrange shipping.

  • Engines, Large Items, Heavy Equipment
    For large, heavy, or bulky items (e.g. engines, full assemblies), we may use freight carriers or specialized transport. Freight shipping will be quoted at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs & Quotes

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or quoted for freight items.

  • For international or oversized shipments, we will provide a custom shipping quote before finalizing the order.

  • Any customs, duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Shipping Time / Delivery Estimates

  • For domestic (U.S.) orders, delivery time depends on the carrier and service selected (e.g. 1–5 business days for expedited, longer for standard).

  • For freight shipments (e.g. engines), transit times may be longer depending on origin, destination, and carrier schedules.

  • We do not guarantee delivery dates, but we will provide tracking information as soon as available.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and carrier link by email.

  • You can also check order status via your account or our website.

6. Shipping Conditions & Restrictions

  • We reserve the right to refuse shipping to PO boxes or certain remote locations, especially for freight-sized orders.

  • In the event of a carrier delay, damage in transit, or lost shipment, please contact us immediately so we can file claims and assist you.

7. Alterations & Cancelations

  • If you need to cancel or change your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Once the order has shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

8. Risk & Title

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the package is delivered to the carrier (FOB origin), unless otherwise specified.

  • For freight shipments, risk may transfer when goods are loaded onto the carrier.

9. Returns, Warranty & Damaged Goods

  • If goods arrive damaged, please capture photos and notify us within 48 hours.
