Refund policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase; if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

• Electrical items of any kind
• Items installed or used
• Special Order Items
• Shipping
  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following address: 412 W. McCarty Street Indianapolis, IN 46225.
  • You are responsible for for all shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item; we recommend shipping with a carrier that offers tracking.

Young & Sons, Inc. adds 15% surcharge on all returned items and no returns on products that have been installed (only warranty if product is defective).
